At Label Vedavarma, we ensure that your designer outfits are packed with care and delivered to your doorstep in a timely and secure manner.
Processing Time
All our designer pieces are made-to-order. Please allow:

7–14 business days for standard processing and production

Additional time for custom orders depending on design complexity (you will be notified at the time of order)
Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch

International: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

Within India: Complimentary standard shipping

International Orders: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays & Duties

We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by courier partners.

For international orders, custom duties or taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refund Policy
At Label Vedavarma, each designer outfit is crafted with care, precision, and individuality. We value your trust in our creations and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Refunds
As our designer outfits are made-to-order and often customised to your measurements and preferences, we do not offer refunds for the following:

Customised or tailored pieces

Made-to-measure orders

Sale or discounted items

Colour or minor design variations due to screen differences or handmade processes
However, in the rare event that:

You receive a wrong item, or
-
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery,
You may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Request a Refund
If your order qualifies, please follow these steps:

Email us at labelvedavarma@gmal.com within 48 hours of receiving the outfit.

Include your Order ID, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

In case of exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement only after receiving the original item in its original, unworn condition with tags intact.
Important Notes

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our criteria.
