Eligibility for Refunds

As our designer outfits are made-to-order and often customised to your measurements and preferences, we do not offer refunds for the following:

• Customised or tailored pieces

• Made-to-measure orders

• Sale or discounted items

• Colour or minor design variations due to screen differences or handmade processes

However, in the rare event that:

• You receive a wrong item, or

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery,

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Refund

If your order qualifies, please follow these steps:

• Email us at labelvedavarma@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the outfit.

• Include your Order ID, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

• Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

• In case of exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement only after receiving the original item in its original, unworn condition with tags intact.

Important Notes

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our criteria.

Processing Time

All our designer pieces are made-to-order. Please allow:

• 7–14 business days for standard processing and production

• Additional time for custom orders depending on design complexity (you will be notified at the time of order)

Estimated Delivery Time

• Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch

• International: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Within India: Complimentary standard shipping

• International Orders: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by courier partners.

• For international orders, custom duties or taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
